Terms of Purchase

TERMS OF PURCHASE

These terms of purchase ("Terms") govern the sale of products ("Products") by Sjemenarna Ri d.o.o. ("Seller") to you ("Buyer") through the Seller's web shop ("Web Shop"). By placing an order for Products through the Web Shop, Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Payment

Buyer may place an order for Products through the Web Shop by selecting the desired Products and providing the necessary payment information. Seller may accept or reject any order in its sole discretion.

Buyer agrees to pay the total amount due for the Products ordered, including any applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges, and other fees as set forth on the Web Shop at the time of purchase. Payment may be made using the payment methods available on the Web Shop.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship the Products to Buyer within a reasonable time after receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the Products.

Seller will not be responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.

3. Returns and Refunds

Buyer may return Products purchased through the Web Shop for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that the Products are in their original condition and packaging. Buyer must contact Seller to obtain a return authorization before returning any Products.

Seller will refund the purchase price of the Products, less any applicable shipping and handling charges, within a reasonable time after receipt of the returned Products.

4. Warranty

Seller warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If any Products are found to be defective within this period, Seller will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Products or refund the purchase price.

5. Limitation of Liability

Seller will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the Products, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Seller's total liability to Buyer exceed the purchase price paid for the Products.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the purchase or use of the Products will be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Republic of Croatia.

7. Amendments

Seller may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Web Shop. Buyer's continued use of the Web Shop after such posting will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer with respect to the purchase of Products through the Web Shop and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Seller and Buyer with respect to such purchase.
